Plaxo is an awesome free service for connecting people together and keeping contact information up-to-date. You can also use it to synchronize your contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes between work and home, or a laptop and desktop computer.
Currently, my handheld, laptop, and desktop all share the same contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes, thanks to Plaxo.
